Driver’s age must be not less than 21 years old, for sport cars 25 years old

You may add an additional driver for one time payment of 160 AED per driver.

All fines are paid according to the formula: the amount of the fine + 20 AED fee payment + 80 AED commission
Do I need insurance to rent a car from Mayor’s Car Rental in Dubai?
The renter must provide proof of an active insurance policy in their name. The policy must offer coverage for accidents, total damages, and liability transferred to the rented vehicle. Selected credit card companies offer “premium insurance” that can serve as primary insurance during the rental period.
Does Mayor’s Car Rental in Dubai require a security deposit?
Yes, we require a security deposit. The amount is determined by each vehicle and can range from 3,675 to 25,725 ILS. A cash deposit will be refunded after the rental period if no damages occurred.
What payment methods does Mayor’s Car Rental in Dubai accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express, Bitcoin, Binance, checks, and personal checks if transferred to us 7-10 days before the rental.
How old do I need to be to rent a car?
You must be at least 25 years old. If you are under 25, please contact us for more information.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes, you can add up to two drivers to your rental agreement under the same terms and conditions.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, but the right to cancel is subject to certain conditions and cancellation fees.
Fuel, entry fees, fines, and towed vehicles:
The price for refueling is 18 ILS per liter. Entry fees, fines, and towing charges will be deducted from the deposit.
Can I return the car earlier?
Yes, but you will be charged the full rental amount.
How many kilometers do I get?
Kilometers depend on the car model. Additional details will be provided at the time of booking.
Can I rent a car for one day over the weekend?
We have a minimum of two days on weekends, but it is possible to inquire about one-day rentals.
Does Mayor’s Car Rental offer delivery services?
Yes, we deliver cars to Dubai International Airport and nearby areas.
What are the hours for picking up/returning the car?
We operate all day, with an additional fee for services outside regular business hours.
How long does it take to receive the car I rented?
We recommend our clients allow a window of one and a half hours for delivery.
