Use of Mayors.ae for Bookings

Using this site to book vehicle rental services indicates that you are making the booking directly with the rental provider listed on the booking page, with our site serving only as a user interface. Therefore, we are not responsible for the vehicle rental products or the booking, as we are not involved in creating the rental product, determining fees or prices, or providing the rental products you booked. In case of a dispute or issues regarding the vehicle rental product and/or your booking, you agree to handle the matter directly with the rental organization and not with us.

Intellectual Property

The images, trademarks, texts, service marks, software, and related materials on this site are owned by the rental car providers, our corporate partners, and others who have granted licensing rights. You are not entitled to copy or transfer these materials, except for personal and non-commercial use. All trademarks, copyrights, and related notices provided on our site must appear on any copy you print. Any product or service not belonging to Mayors.ae that appears on this site belongs to third parties and appears for identification purposes only. You must contact the authorized third party for additional information regarding design and registration. Your access to and use of the site does not grant you any rights or licenses to use the trademarks on this site.

Site Usage

Using the site or the Trips service is allowed for those who have reached the legal age and can be bound by contracts. If you have registered as a user or made a booking, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, including account details and passwords. You are responsible for all use of the site, including anyone using the site with your account details (whether with or without your consent) and anyone accessing your booking information. All information you provide must be current and accurate. If your details change, you must update the account immediately. If you feel that your account is no longer secure (particularly in the case of unauthorized access, theft, loss, or misuse of your information to access the site), you must immediately change the relevant personal details.

If you wish to receive personal details or other updates directly to your mobile device, you must inform us and provide your correct contact number, update the app to the latest version, and be aware of any possible costs incurred as a result of receiving these messages. We will not be liable for sending a message to a device unknown to us.
